Executive Chef Antonio Soriano takes a playful approach to a spectacular menu by reinterpreting traditional regional dishes with inspired French culinary techniques, taking Argentine gastronomy to a whole new level. Chez Nous’ chic dining room flaunts burgundy natural silk walls, plush banquettes, and an undulated gold leaf ceiling that arouses comfort, romance and sophistication. This intimate 50-seat setting opens to an elegant and lively glass-covered patio with beige honed marble walls and a crackling fireplace. Our garden patio conveys a relaxed and easy atmosphere ideal for after theatre late night dinners, weekend brunches, and high tea. Chez Nous offers a seasonal menu in order to serve only the freshest ingredients acquired locally, and from our own plantation at Algodon Wine Estates, in San Rafael, Mendoza, including the finest estate-cultivated fruit, vegetables, olive oil, and other simple essentials. Executive Chef Antonio Soriano is a graduate of Paris’ Le Cordon Bleu, and has honed his skills at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants (including Concorde Lafayette, Hotel du Crillon, and George V Four Seasons Paris Hotel) before taking the helm at Chez Nous. Mr. Soriano’s new Argentinean cuisine will treat you to a gastronomical tour throughout the country by presenting some of the least known, yet most fascinating and delectable Argentine fare, as well as a splendid collection of Argentine wines.
Frank’s Cognac Bar at Algodon Mansion is a favorite neighborhood destination for locals and international crowds alike, who enjoy an intimate atmosphere and chic Recoleta ambiance. In addition to serving the finest cognacs, Frank’s features an outstanding selection of drinks from around the world, as well as a mixology menu specially crafted by Algodon’s Chief Bartender, Natalia Escudero, in collaboration with celebrity mixologist, Inés de los Santos. Algodon Mansion’s Sommelier, Ramiro Hernandez has composed a unique wine list that exemplifies the Argentinean wine portfolio, including the award-wining vintages of Algodon Wine Estates in Mendoza. Featuring a scrumptious lunch and bar menu presented by Chez Nous Restaurant, Frank’s also makes the perfect spot for business lunches, after-work happy hour specials, and pre-nightlife aperitifs.
