How does IPG select the investment?
The properties we are most interested in include properties that are not being optimized and commercial properties that could be converted into hotel or mixed-use properties, as well as faded prime urban areas being newly restored and revitalized. We believe this usually precedes and propels the demand for exciting new hotels and residences.

We partner with global real estate brokers who understand our goals as well as the local and regional markets and are able to help us better identify and reposition underperforming hotel and commercial properties into luxury apartments, boutique hotels and commercial destinations, and multi season resort environments with hotel/apartment concept potential.

    • Global markets where we can acquire properties in World-Class cities with the potential for dramatic real estate appreciation

How does IPG structure the deal?
IPG structures investment partnerships that allow our investors to participate in opportunities traditionally available to institutional investors. We have a vested interest in each property, as our partnerships typically participate in each investment.

How will IPG manage the asset?
As IPG typically partners alongside our clients, our goals and communication needs are the same. IPG manages these relationships on a day-to-day basis in an effort to maximize our property's value. We recognize that communicating with our investors is key, and we commit to keeping our clients informed with up-to-date information regarding progress, events, and happenings of each property. Due to the nature of investing in a private equity partnership, there are a limited number of qualified investors who may participate in each opportunity. Our clients will be among the select few who own a piece of these exciting new hotel or resort destinations.
