Mr. Stear is responsible for DPEC Partners’ website development and content, as well as the content of its affiliates InvestProperty Group and Algodon Properties. In addition to providing marketing and competitive research, collateral, and analysis for the company, he is also involved in positioning DPEC and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries in the market in regard to target consumers, products and branding. His experience lies in the high-end luxury segment, and marketing to high net worth individuals, with particular emphasis in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), market research, marketing brochures, literature, social networking sites, and brand development for investment related products. Mr. Stear received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina.
