Mr. Sánchez Salgado has extensive experience in the gourmet food world, as well as expertise in the preparation of menus and wine caves, and wide experience in service staff training and restaurant management. He has hosted wine seminars in several Argentine five-star and luxury hotels including the Caesar Park Buenos Aires, the Park Tower, the Sheraton Pilar, the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf Spa, the Correntoso Lake & River Hotel, the Las Balsas Gourmet Spa Hotel, the El Casco Art Hotel, the Expo Cuisine & Vins, Vinos y Bodegas, and the Museo Renault or Audi Lounge. He has also conducted numerous gastronomy seminars on gourmet foods from Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Mr. Sánchez Salgado has served as a content counsellor for Tintos & Blancos magazine; and is the creator and editor of Mirá Quién Vino magazine. He is currently working on a new editorial project: WineTour / el vino, los viajes & el arte de vivir, which is specially related to oenology, travelling, gastronomy and leisure activities. He holds a degree of licenciate in Public Relations from the John F. Kennedy Argentinian University. In 1984, he began his career as a newspaper and magazine journalist, and also served as a chronicler; a photography producer; and gastronomy, travel editor, society and oenology writer. In 2006, Mr. Sánchez Salgado sat as a judge in the 40th annual Vinitaly’s International Wine Competition (Verona, Italy) representing Argentina’s wine writers and journalists.
