Douglas W. Magnuson

Mr. Magnuson is a founding Partner of InvestProperty Group, where he has served as Managing Director for over 9 years. His responsibilities include the development and sales of ALGODON Properties’ luxury brand, its wine and winery, vineyards, luxury homesites and real estate. His expertise includes opening the private equity market to high net-worth accredited individuals, private and corporate accounts, and pension and profit sharing plans. Mr. Magnuson is a founding Partner of IPG’s parent company, DPEC Partners where he currently serves as Managing Director. He is also a founding Partner and Managing Director of Hollywood Burger, a “Fresh Food, Fast!” restaurant concept currently under development in Argentina, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. He has over 14 years of experience in the securities industry, and previously served at Geneva Capital Management, Dalton Kent Securities and Broad Band Securities. He is a married father of 2, and when not at work, Mr. Magnuson enjoys playing golf and sailing.
