Gonzalo Bazterrica

Most recently, Mr. Bazterrica held the prestigious positions of Sous Chef at TOMO 1 in Buenos Aires, and Chef de Partie at Daniel in New York. He has also served as Chef de Partie at Union League Café, New Haven, Connecticut; Chef at Nemo, Buenos Aires; Chef at Elles Restaurant, Buenos Aires; and Chef de Partie at Market, Paris. Mr. Bazterrica has also worked at Relais Bernard Loiseau, Saulieu, France; Dominga Restaurant, Buenos Aires; and Museo Renault, Buenos Aires. He received his formal training from Colegio de Cocineros Gato Dumas and L´Ecole de Cuisine under Beatriz Chomnalez. Mr. Bazterrica also attended the Universidad de Buenos Aires and St. Leonard´s College in Buenos Aires.
