InvestProperty Group (IPG) partners with global real estate professionals who understand our goals as well as the local and regional markets. This valued alliance allows us to better identify underperforming commercial properties with the goal of repositioning them. The properties we are most interested in include, but are not limited to, international hotel properties that are not being optimized, commercial properties that could be converted into hotel properties or mixed-use properties, and fading prime urban areas being newly restored and revitalized. We believe this usually precedes and propels the demand for exciting new hotels and residences. IPG structures investment partnerships that allow our investors to participate in opportunities traditionally available to institutional investors.
